AFRICA INTERNATIONAL BIOMEDICAL AND BIOTECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE

WORKSHOP TOPICS

AIBBC 2023 will feature hands-on-training in advanced biomedical technologies to be led by expert instructors invited from within and outside Africa. For some courses, practical training on the bench will be blended with illuminating lectures, discussions and review to ensure maximum acquisition of knowldge and practical skills. Because of space and resource limitations, some workshop courses will have restricted capacity, and participation will be pegged on your motivation as demonstrated in your application form. Course allocation will be on a first come first served basis.

  • Genomics and bioinformatics

Important instructions

  • Due to space and resource limitations, some workshop courses will have limited capacity, and the slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
  • In the application form (see below) you will be requested to select at least THREE courses of your interest. Please note that this is not a guarantee that you will be allocated the courses chosen. While best effort will be done, the final course allocation may be different from your choices.
  • Due to limited resources, we strongly encourage participants to make their own travel arrangements.
  • A limited number of highly deserving participants will be awarded the AIBBC Travel Awards.To be eligible, please fill the motivation letter in the application form.
